- Consumers who demonstrate that their furniture cracked and peeled by photograph or written statement can receive a 12 percent refund in the form of gift cards on the purchase price of their product.
- Consumers who cannot show that their furniture cracked and peeled will receive a five percent refund on the purchase price of their product in the form of a gift card.
