Individuals that resides in Texas who own or owned Vortens toilet tank models 3464 and 3412, manufactured at the Benito Juarez plant between 2007 and 2010, are eligible for a potential award from the Texas Vorten Toilets Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, plaintiffs claim that the company knowingly sold defective toilet tanks. Vortens denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.

    • Future fractures through December 31, 2020 : Members can receive a free tank replacement or a $35 payment, these payments can be up to a $300 value depending on how badly the tank is damaged.
