Arkansas State Farm Insurance Claims Class Action Lawsuit
- Claim Form Deadline: July 1, 2020
- Who’s Eligible: Individuals who made a claim to State Farm for loss or damage to a dwelling or other structure located in Arkansas based on a loss that occurred between May 1, 2010 and Dec. 6, 2013 and who received an “actual cash value” payment from State Farm for their claim.
- Estimated Amount:
- Group A: 100 percent of estimated unpaid labor depreciation plus interest at 5.25 percent per annum (for claimants who had estimated labor depreciation deducted but not subsequently recovered and who did not complete repairs in full)
- Group B: 75 percent of the estimated unpaid labor depreciation plus interest at 5.25 percent per annum (for claimants who had estimated labor depreciation deducted but only recovered part of the initially deducted labor depreciation and/or completed repairs in full)
- Group C: 10 percent of the estimated unpaid labor depreciation (for claimants who had estimated labor depreciation deducted and recovered all depreciation)
- Proof of Purchase: Information in State Farm’s records along with claimant documentation may be required to validate claims.
