For individuals who purchased any white-painted Nissan Rogue produced between Jan. 11, 2013 and April 23, 2013, or any white-painted INFINITI QX56 produced between Nov. 20, 2009 and Dec. 12, 2012, then you are eligible for a potential award from the Nissan Rogue, INFINITI QX56 White Paint Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, plaintiffs claimed Nissan painted their white vehicles with defective paint that resulted in peeling. Nissan denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.

  • Who’s Eligible: Individuals who purchased any white-painted Nissan Rogue produced between Jan. 11, 2013 and April 23, 2013, or any white-painted INFINITI QX56 produced between Nov. 20, 2009 and Dec. 12, 2012.
  • Estimated Amount: Coverage for future repaints and reimbursement for previous repaints.
    • Compensation and coverage payments are capped at $400 for Nissan Rogue repaints and $600 for INFINITI QX56 repaints.
  • Proof of Purchase: Documentation of repaint and other expenses.
  • Case Name & Number: Nelson v. Nissan North America Inc., Case No. 3:17-cv-01114, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee; and Anglin v. Nissan North America Inc., Case No. 1:17-cv-04240, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois
