For individuals that consumed food or drink between Sept. 4 and Sept. 13, 2015, at any Hardee’s restaurant in Duncan, between the dates of Sept. 4 and Sept. 15, 2015, then you are eligible for a potential award from the Onn Power Bank Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, consumers have claimed that Walmart misrepresented the power capacity of their Onn portable charger products. Walmart denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.

    • Payment amounts will be distributed on a proportional basis depending on the number of purchases claimed and the net settlement fund after fees and costs are deducted
  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (receipts, etc.) is required for claims of over five Onn power bank product
  • Case Name & Number: Michael Hester v. Walmart Inc., Case No. 5:18-cv-05225-TLB, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas
