For anyone who visited a covered Six Flags theme park or water park in the United States between Oct. 14, 2016, and Sept. 28, 2017, and used a credit or debit card for a purchase at the park and received a printed receipt, then you are eligible for a potential award from the Six Flags $450K Debit and Credit Card Receipt Privacy Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, Great America LLC violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing more than the first five digits of credit and debit card numbers on customer receipts or by failing to hide the cards’ expiration dates on receipts.
