According to the class action, the plaintiffs claim they were injured because Nidec Mobility had worked to raise and fix prices on power window switches, violating the Sherman Act.     • Class Members submitting claims in the Nidec Mobility settlement must use records, when available, to calculate and document their purchase amounts.
    • When these records are not available, Class Members may submit estimated purchase information. Estimates may be based on similar circumstances and context in the same year (for which the Class Member has documentation); or from the same or nearly the same circumstances in other years (for which the Class Member has documentation); or from reports of actual or estimated vehicle production and records or estimates of the value of the vehicle’s power window switches
