- Claim Form Deadline: June 1, 2021
- Who’s Eligible: Anyone who purchased a new Sony Dash in the United States before July 12, 2017, and was a resident of the United States at the time of the purchase.
- Estimated Amount: $11.25 or $35
- Class Members who registered their Dash through the Sony Essentials website or are able to provide proof of purchase are eligible for a payment of $11.25.
- Class Members who registered their new Dash through the Sony Essentials website and whose Dash was turned on and connected to Sony’s servers as of July 12, 2017, are eligible for a $35 payment
- Proof of Purchase:
- A receipt, a photo of the class series/model and serial number on the Class Member’s Dash, or any other circumstantial documentation of the purchase.
- Class Members who received a notice about the Sony Dash class action settlement must include their unique purchase code
