Dollar General Health Infants’ Acetaminophen CAL

  • Claim Form Deadline: August 27, 2021
  • Who’s Eligible: All individuals in the United States who purchased DG Health Infants’ Acetaminophen between Sept. 15, 2016, and June 8, 2021, for personal or household use.
  • Estimated Amount: Varies
    • Class Members who provide proof of purchase for all their covered products during the Class Period will be entitled to a partial refund of $1.70 for every 1 fl. oz. and 2 fl. oz. bottle of infants’ acetaminophen for which they have a valid proof of purchase. There is no limit on the compensation Class Members can claim if they have proof of purchase. However, only one claim may be made per household.
    • Without proof of purchase, Class Members will be entitled to a partial refund of $1.70 for every 1 fl. oz. and 2 fl. oz. bottle of infants’ acetaminophen for up to three units, for a total of up to $5.10 per household.
    • Class Members may not receive reimbursement for any bottle over three bottles unless they have proof of purchase for every bottle, including the bottles over the three-bottle maximum, according to the settlement website
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other documentation produced by a third-party commercial source that reasonably establishes the fact and date of purchase of the infants’ acetaminophen during the Class Period in the United States.
  • Case Name & Number: Levy, et al. v. Dolgencorp LLC, et al., Case No. 3:20-cv-01037-TJC-MCR in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida
