However, the settlement’s definition of “Brick-And-Mortar Workers” does include call center workers who worked from home temporarily or permanently due to COVID-19.
- Estimated Amount: Varies
- The amount of each Class Member’s payment will be based on the number of weeks they worked; weeks worked after May 15, 2019, will be discounted by 90 percent due to a change in timekeeping policies occurring about that time involving TP Agent.
