  • Who’s Eligible: Anyone who participated in the WakeMed Retirement Savings Plan, together with all other defined contribution plans sponsored by WakeMed — including plans offered under §457 of the Internal Revenue Code — at any time during between Aug. 25, 2014, and May 4, 2021 (the Class Period), as well as any beneficiary of a deceased person who participated in the plan at any time during the Class Period and any alternate payee of a person subject to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order who participated in the plan during the Class Period.
