According to the class action, the plaintiffs alleged BECU violated Washington law by imposing overdraft and NSF fees when members had a ledger balance — but not an available balance — that was enough to cover the transaction and by charging more than one NSF fee on a single transaction.

How To File a Claim
There is no claim form. The deadline to opt out of or object to the settlement is Aug. 9, 2021. Class Members who received a notice by mail or email do not need to do anything to receive a payment.
