According to the lawsuit, plaintiffs allege they did not give Allstate prior consent to call them on their provided phone number. On top of that, plaintiffs claim, many of those calls were made to individuals who had previously put their numbers on the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. As a result, plaintiffs argue, Allstate violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
