Woodbolt agreed to pay $3 million to resolve a class action lawsuit claiming it falsely advertised XTEND workout powders as “0 calories.” Class members may claim up to $25 without proof of purchase.
Plaintiffs in the false advertising class action lawsuit accused Woodbolt of misleading customers by promising that XTEND products have “0 calories.” Despite these claims, supported by the Atwater calorie calculation method, testing of the products allegedly showed the products were not zero calories as promised.

ConAgra Foods Inc. has agreed to a $3 million class action settlement resolving claims it falsely advertised certain Wesson oil products as “natural.”
The Wesson cooking oil products covered by the settlement are Wesson Vegetable Oil, Wesson Canola Oil, Wesson Corn Oil and Wesson Best Blend, all of which were marketed and sold as being “natural” during the applicable class periods.
