The class action lawsuit argues that these claims are untrue and misleading.
Reckitt Benckiser is a hygiene and personal-care company that owns numerous prominent brands, such as Air Wick, Lyson and Woolite.
Reckitt hasn’t admitted wrongdoing but agreed to a $3.275 million settlement to resolve the false advertising class action lawsuit.
