Plaintiffs in the class action lawsuit claim Family Dollar’s distribution center in West Memphis, Arkansas, was infested with rodents. This infestation allegedly contaminated products sold in Family Dollar stores serviced by the distribution center in Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee, prompting mass store closures and recalls.
Family Dollar is a discount general store with locations around the country.
Family Dollar hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the infestation class action lawsuit.
