To anyone who bought products from Joe’s Jeans or Hudson Clothing between Jan. 7, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2015 , that included an unqualified label that indicating they were “Made in the USA”, you are eligible for a potential award from the Joe’s Jeans Clothing Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, issues arose with Joe’s Jeans and Hudson Clothing, as their products misrepresented the country of origin as some of their clothing products were “Made in the USA” even though they contained foreign-made component parts. Joe’s Jeans and Hudson Clothing denies the allegations, yet has agreed to compensating the issue by giving either a tote bag or a t-shirt, in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.
