• Step Two: Fill Out the Claim Form
  • Click through to the settlement claim form and fill out online. Simply provide the necessary info such as your name and address, products information you purchased, and then submit your claim.
• Step Three: Get your Check in the Mail
  • They will mail your check once to the address your provided once your claim has been approved. Most claims checks are mailed 1-2 months after the claims period closes.

Lithium Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation – For all persons and entities that indirectly purchased a lithium ion battery or lithium ion products in the United States from one or more of the defendants between Jan. 1, 2000 and May 31, 2011, you could get money from a $19.5 Million settlement. Optical Disk Drive Antitrust – All residents of Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin that purchased a product containing an Optical Disk Drive (computers or internal/external drives) between April 1, 2003, and December 31, 2008 can receive up to $10 per drive (Panasonic-brand computer purchases not covered).
