No Proof Required Class Action Lawsuit SettlementsIn this post, we will list out all of the Best Class Action Lawsuit Settlements that require no proof of purchase, receipts, etc. Please remember to submit your claim ONLY if you qualify for settlement funds to receive free coupons, cash payments, and other means of reimbursement. When submitting a claim, you are then eligible for cash payment as compensation whenever a company has decided to settle a class action lawsuit. In order to submit a claim, you must fill out and file a claim form to receive compensation. Apply for these class action lawsuits and claim your settlement funds if you qualify.

How to File Claim for Class Action Lawsuits

  • Step One: Find Products You Purchased
    • Take a look of our list to find open settlements for products you may have purchased. Find out what the estimated payout will be and if proof of purchase is needed. Figure out if it’s worth your time to follow through. Most no receipts needed can be a few minutes of your time.
  • Step Two: Fill Out the Claim Form
    • Click through to the settlement claim form and fill out online. Simply provide the necessary info such as your name and address, products information you purchased, and then submit your claim.
  • Step Three: Get your Check in the Mail
    • They will mail your check once to the address your provided once your claim has been approved. Most claims checks are mailed 1-2 months after the claims period closes.

No Proof Required Class Action Lawsuit Settlements

  1. Drew’s All Natural Salad Dressings – For individuals that purchased certain Drew’s All Natural salad dressings and/or marinades between June 15, 2011, and February 15, 2017, you can claim up to 3 products for a maximum refund of $1.50 per household with no proof of purchase required. Harbor Freight Tools – For individuals that purchased merchandise from Harbor Freight Tools that was advertised with a higher price than the actual offering price between April 8, 2011, and December 15, 2016, you can receive a $10 Harbor Freight Tools Gift Card with no proof of purchase required.   3. Lithium Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation – For all persons and entities that indirectly purchased a lithium ion battery or lithium ion products in the United States from one or more of the defendants between Jan. 1, 2000 and May 31, 2011, you could get money from a $19.5 Million settlement. Deadline to file claim: November 29, 2017. Review
  4. Optical Disk Drive Antitrust – All residents of Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin that purchased a product containing an Optical Disk Drive (computers or internal/external drives) between April 1, 2003, and December 31, 2008 can receive up to $10 per drive (Panasonic-brand computer purchases not covered). Real Ham Bone for Dogs – To anyone who bought the Real Ham Bone, or who sustained a pet injury or property damage from using the product from between Jan. 1, 2011 and May 12, 2017, you may be entitled to benefits from the class action settlement. If you submit proof of purchase along with your Claim Form, you can claim up to 10 bones for a total of $30, while you can claim up to 4 bones without a receipt for a total of $12.   6. Similasan-Brand Homeopathic Products – To anyone who bought Similasan Homeopathic Products between Feb. 10, 2008 and Sept. 7, 2017 for home or personal use, you may receive a payment between $5 and $10 with no proof required. File claim by deadline on September 7, 2017. Review

Vital Nutrients – To anyone who bought Vital Nutrients product in the United States between Aug. 1, 2012 and Feb. 27, 2017 which contained a label saying “Made in the USA” or were represented as made in the United States, you can submit a claim for up to 5 products with no proof of purchase required for $6 per product or up to $30 in total. Deadline to file claim: November 27, 2017. Review

Staples Rewards – To anyone in the United States who is a Staples Rewards Member, that between March 24, 2009 and April 25, 2017 bought a Rewards-eligible product and a non-Rewards eligible product in the same purchase, used an item-specific coupon on the non-Rewards eligible, and were negatively impacted by Staples’ pro rata coupon accounting, you may receive $10 in Staples Rewards with no proof of purchase required. Art.com False Discount – To anyone between Feb. 12, 2012 and June 9, 2016, that either purchased a product through one of the websites: Art.com, Posters.com, or AllPosters.com, or bought the product through following an ad and using a coupon code to buy it, and had it shipped to the United States, you may receive a Art.com $10 voucher with no proof of purchase required. California ProFlowers Floral Arrangements – To anyone who purchased a floral arrangement from ProFlowers.com in California between July 1, 2009 and April 30, 2016, you may receive a $10 gift code that can be redeemed for a purchase at ProFlowers.com with no proof of purchase required. California HSBC Call Recording – To anyone in California who received a phone call from or on behalf of HSBC Card Services Inc and whose calls were monitored or recorded by or on behalf of HSBC between March 23, 2009 and May 1, 2012, you may receive from the $13 million settlement with no proof of purchase required. Deadline to file claim: August 28, 2017. Review
  12. Discover Home Loans TCPA – To anyone who received telemarketing calls by Discover Home Loans between June 1, 2012 and July 31, 2015, you may receive up to $50 per claim with no proof of purchase required. Deadline to file claim: July 24, 2017. Review

NYPD Criminal Summons – To anyone who was stopped and issued a summons by an NYPD officer between May 25, 2007 and Jan. 25, 2017 without probable cause, and was later dismissed for legal or facial insufficiency, you may receive up to $150 per summons with no proof of purchase required. Patriot Bancard TCPA – To anyone who received a call either on a cellular telephone using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded voice, or you were called you two or more times within a twelve-month period on a telephone number that was on the National Do-Not-Call Register by Patriot Payment Group LLC and/or North American Bancard LLC, you may receive $80 per claim with no proof of purchase required.   15. Real Time Resolutions TCPA – To anyone in the United States who received a phone call from Real Time Resolutions inc during the class period to a number assigned to a cellular telephone service at the time the call was made, where the number was uploaded to and dialed by Real Time Resolutions’s telephone system, and who did not give his or her express consent prior to such call being placed, you may receive up to $25 per claim with no proof of purchase required. Seterus Force Placed Insurance – For individuals that were charged by Seterus and paid them for a lender-placed insurance policy for residential property between Aug. 19, 2010 and Nov. 4, 2016, you may receive a 10.5% of the net premium by QBE Specialty Insurance Company or 6% of the net premium by Praetorian Insurance Company or QBE Insurance Corporation with no proof of purchase required. Wells Fargo Dealers Service TCPA – To all wireless cellphone subscribers and users in the US who received a call or text from Wells Fargo Dealer Services about an automobile retail installment sales contract, between April 1, 2011 and March 30, 2016 and the call or text was made with an automatic dialing technology or with a artificial or prerecorded voice, you may receive $20-$50 with no proof of purchase required.   18. Instaflex Glucosamine– To anyone who paid money to obtain Instaflex for personal use and not resale or distribution. Including those who had gotten the trial or sample of Instaflex, you may receive $5-$15 with no proof of purchase required. Deadline to file claim: September 5, 2017. Review

Sony Cyber Attack– To anyone who was either a current or former corporate or production employee of Sony Pictures Entertainment or one of its subsidiaries as of Nov. 24, 2014, or you were not an employee but you received a direct notice by mail because you were someone who had their personally identifiable information disclosed on the internet from the cyber attack, you may receive up to $10,000 with no proof of purchase required.
