To anyone who received a Chase-serviced mortgage on a residential property in the state of New York, where all amounts due were paid between May 1, 2011 and Nov. 7, 2016, and where a certificate of discharge or satisfaction of mortgage was not given within 30 days to a relevant county recording officer, you are eligible for a potential award from the JPMorgan Chase Mortgage Property Class Action Lawsuit!
