To anyone who, between Aug. 25, 2014 and Feb. 10, 2017 had purchased a SoulCycle Class that became expired before it was used, as well as those who have a California billing address who, between Feb. 1, 2012 and Feb. 10, 2017 had purchased a SoulCycle class for use in California but ended up expired before use, you may be eligible for a potential award from the Soul Cycle Gift Certificate Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, The SoulCycle class package expiration dates violated the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, with some class packages only having a expiration date of 30 days and if it expires, the customer’s money is not refunded.
