To all current or former US owners or lessees of a Porsche vehicle with model years from 2007 to 2016 that had a Luxor Beige, Sand Beige, Cognac, Platinum Grey, or Natural Brown dashboard, you may be eligible for a potential award from the Porsche Dashboard Glare Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, Porsche’s lighter colored dashboard models had allegedly been reflecting an excessive amount of sunlight into the windshield, which had causing glare that impaired the driver’s ability to see the road. Porsche originally tried to dismiss the case but upon further investigation, has agreed to settle the class action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of litigation. So if you are eligible, you may receive a potential award by either September 21, 2017 or June 25, 2018!
