Pick-A-Part Customer Receipt Class Action Lawsuit

Pick-A-Part Auto Wrecking customers who have made a purchase at the Fresno, California location between Dec. 22, 2014 and Oct. 28, 2015 and has the expiration date of the card printed on the receipt are eligible for a potential award of up to $250 from the Pick-A-Part Customer Receipt Class Action Lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, Pick-A-Part Auto Wrecking has allegedly violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing the expiration date of credit or debit cards onto the receipts. The Fresno Pick-A-Part store has agreed pay $195,000 to settle the class action lawsuit. If you’re eligible, submit a claim form by July 14, 2018!
