For individuals that paid for a programming package that included FSN and/or FX programming between October 1 through October 31, 2018 with Dish Network, you may be eligible for a potential award from the Dish Network AT120+ Class Action Lawsuit! According to the lawsuit, Dish Network breached its contract with its subscribers by failing to provide a monetary credit to subscribers equal to the value of the FSN and/or FX programming in October 2010. Dish Network denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to provide cash benefits to those who were effected and change its customer contract for at least a two-year period after the class action settlement’s effective date.
