On behalf of Simply Fashion, ExactTarget sent out unsolicited advertising text messages without the recipient’s permission which violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The Simply Fashion ExactTarget Text Message Class Action Lawsuit states that people who received such messages through an ExactTarget texting platform sent from or on behalf of Simply Fashion from July 23, 2009 through Sept. 30, 2013 can bring a civil TCPA lawsuit against the sender. You might be eligible for a potential award of up to $1500. Class Members can submit claims either online or via mail. If you’re eligible, submit a claim form to receive your potential award by June 12, 2018!
