How to File Claim for Class Action Lawsuits

• Step One: Find Products You Purchased
  • Take a look of our list to find open settlements for products you may have purchased. Find out what the estimated payout will be and if proof of purchase is needed. Figure out if it’s worth your time to follow through. Most no receipts needed can be a few minutes of your time.
• Step Two: Fill Out the Claim Form
  • Click through to the settlement claim form and fill out online. Simply provide the necessary info such as your name and address, products information you purchased, and then submit your claim.
• Step Three: Get your Check in the Mail
  • They will mail your check once to the address your provided once your claim has been approved. Most claims checks are mailed 1-2 months after the claims period closes.

No Proof Required Class Action Lawsuit Settlements

1. 1. California Gang Curfew Injunction– If you were serving with one or more gang injunctions that are listed in the lawsuit on or before February 20, 2013, you may receive a potential award of up to $62 with no proof of purchase. Deadline to file claim: August 14, 2020. Review

   4. B.E. Atlas Fax Advertisements– If you are one of the few individuals who still owns a Fax machine or if you are a business who received unsolicited fax advertisements from B.E. Atlas Company you may receive a potential award from the $600,000 settlement with no proof of purchase. Deadline to file claim: March 27, 2018 Review
   5. Illinois CRT Television Monitors– Illinois residents, do you still own a TV that contains a cathode ray tube? If so, you may receive a potential award of $20 per television and $60 per monitor with no proof of purchase. Deadline to file claim: July 12, 2018 Review
   6. TJMaxx Marshalls HomeGoods – Individuals who have purchased one or more item from T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, and Marshalls stores in California between July 17, 2011 and Dec. 6, 2017, you are eligible to receive either store credit or cash with no proof of purchase. Deadline to file claim: April 9, 2018. Review 
   7. Wish.com Original Price – For consumers that have purchased off Wish.com between June 16, 2013 and December 12, 2017 and were deceived by a falsely advertised original pricing. Note that if you show proof of purchase, you may be able to attain a maximum compensation of $20, otherwise $3. Deadline to file a claim is May 1, 2018. Review
   8. Align Probiotic Clinically Proven – Consumers who have purchased Align probiotic supplements between the dates of March 1, 2009 through June 6, 2016 and that had a “clinically proven” digestive health benefit claim without providing clinical data to prove such claim, you are eligible to receive up to $49.26 in awards with no proof of purchase. Deadline to file a claim: May 16, 2018. Review
   9. Ann Taylor – If you purchased items from an Ann Taylor Factory or LOFT Outlet Store that was offered at a discount from a regular or original price at any time between May 5, 2012 and May 4, 2016, you may be entitled to benefits from the Ann Taylor Fake Discount Class Action Lawsuit. Deadline to file a claim: May 19, 2018. Review
   10. TouchTunes Jukebox Skipped Song – Individuals who have used the TouchTunes app between the dates of May 30, 2010 and October 12, 2012 to pay and play a song on the jukebox in a venue, but skipped the requested song, and never got a refund. Deadline to file a claim: June 21, 2018. Review

Fujitsu 401k Plan – Participants or beneficiaries of the Fujitsu Group Defined Contribution and 401(k) Plan at any time on or after June 30, 2010 through September 31, 2017 are eligible for Settlement payments will be divided pro rata among eligible Class Members with no proof of claim. California Archstone Apartment Cleaning – For individuals that have been charged for services such as  like apartment cleaning, painting, carpet cleaning, or carpet replacement when they were non-existent from California Archstone Apartments from March 14, 2008 to Feb. 27, 2013 are eligible for a potential award.
