For individuals class members include those who were a member of One Nevada on or after Sept. 13, 2011. One Nevada Credit Union has agreed to pay $600,000 to settle claims that they wrongfully accessed consumer credit reports.
According to the lawsuit, the credit union’s actions violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). One Nevada would allegedly access consumer credit reports while conducting “Account Review Inquires.”
