Savers Donation CALFor individuals that who received calls from Savers regarding making a donation on behalf of the Epilepsy Foundation of America between July 1, 2011 and Sept. 30, 2015, you are eligible for a potential award from the Savers Donation Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, savers has a contractual relationship with the Epilepsy Foundation. To solicit donations for the foundation, Savers allegedly made calls to consumers through their subsidiary Apogee Retail LLC. The Plaintiff Sean Hartranft alleges that Savers’ unsolicited calls violated the TCPA.

Savers has agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation. So if you are eligible, file a claim by August 15, 2019 to receive your potential award!

  2. Look over the claim form to see if you are eligible.
  3. Complete the claim form with your information.
  4. Submit your claim by August 15, 2019 to receive your potential award!
