- Estimated Amount: Up to $20 with proof of purchase and up to $10 without proof of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: Receipts, a copy of the UPC from the Kona Beer package(s), a copy of the purchase on a credit card statement, and other valid documentation. Proof of purchase is not required but can result in higher payments if provided.
