Individuals who received a phone call from PTZ that used a pre-recorded voice to play a Day 2 or Day 6 message between Oct. 16, 2013 and Nov. 30, 2016 are eligible for a potential award from the PTZ Insurance Robocalls Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the lawsuit, consumers have claimed that PTZ placed unsolicited telemarketing calls to consumers using a prerecorded voice in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

PTZ denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.
