According to the lawsuit, individuals argued that the medical coding and billing supply company sent their office unwanted fax advertisements. Optum360 denies all acts of allegations, however, have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.

  • Estimated Amount: An equal payment of the net settlement fund, up to $500.
  • Proof of Purchase:  Class Members must provide their 10-digit fax number.
  • Case Name & Number: Steven A. Conner DPM PC v. Optum360 LLC, Case No. 2:17-cv-01642-JLS, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
