Those who used a credit or debit card to purchase something at a physical Chipotle or Pizzeria Locale restaurant location between approximately March 24, 2017 and April 18, 2017, are eligible for a potential award from the Chipotle Data Breach Class Action Lawsuit!

According to the complaint, 2,249 Chipotle and Pizzeria Locale restaurants were affected by the massive data breach in March and April of 2017. Chipotle denies all acts of allegations, however, they have agreed to settle the class-action lawsuit in order to avoid the further risk and cost of ongoing litigation.
