- Estimated Amount: Estimated payments of $17.67 per overdraft fee. This amount is subject to change based on the number of eligible consumers and the net settlement fund after fees and expenses are deducted.

How To File a Claim
There is no claim form available, but if you are eligible, you will receive a letter in the mail with your settlement payment. If you would like to opt out of being in the settlement, fill out the form by December 20, 2019.
