  • Who’s Eligible: Consumers who purchased contact lenses from Alcon Vision LLC, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc., ABB Concise Optical Group LLC, Bausch & Lomb Inc., or CVI since June 1, 2013 if the lenses were subject to a “unilateral pricing policy.”
  • Estimated Amount: Each Class Member will receive a pro rata portion of the net settlement funds. Payment amounts will depend on Class Member purchase amounts, the number of claims filed, and the amount deducted for costs and expenses.
  • Proof of Purchase: Documentation of purchases of eligible contact lens products.
  • Case Name & Number: Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 3:15-md-02626, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida
